Consulting firm expertplace networks group AG decides on mobile SAP Business ByDesign by itelligence
With expertplace networks group AG, itelligence AG has gained a further customer for SAP Business ByDesign. expertplace offers a comprehensive range of consulting services in the IT environment, from consulting and project management to training and the so-called expert services, which involve the takeover of project services by selected experts. At expertplace networks group AG, itelligence will implement SAP Business ByDesign CRM along the entire value added chain. After a two-week introduction phase, starting in May around 10 employees will work with SAP ByD in Germany.

KG and techconsult have created a hitherto never achieved degree of transparency on the process quality of German, Austrian and Swiss SMEs with their joint study, which they released for the first time today, under the title: Business Performance Index (BPI) for Manufacturing Industry SMEs in D/A/CH. The new BPI provides companies in the surveyed sectors with extensive guidance for a validated comparison of their own self-assessment of their company's performance with the sector average. Successful Go-Live of SAP® Systems of Major Russian Customer Eldorado at itelligence in Bautzen
SAP service provider itelligence is pleased to report the successful data transfer of the entire SAP system landscape including administration and monitoring of its major customer Eldorado to the itelligence data center in Bautzen. After the SAP outsourcing contract negotiations between Eldorado, the largest Russian electrical and household product retailer, and itelligence were successfully concluded in June 2010, the successful go-live of data has now taken place for the 1,600 users of the major Russian customer that leads the way with a market share of 25% in 54 out of a total of 64 Russian administrative districts.

Groundbreaking ceremony for expansion of the itelligence data center in Bautzen
itelligence AG is today celebrating the official groundbreaking ceremony for the expansion of its data center in the Bautzen/Salzenforst industrial park. Beginning in 2011, the new two-story data center will provide around 3,100 square meters of space for more than 2,000 new server systems, 50 workplaces and office and presentation facilities for customers and employees. The company is investing around EUR 8.5 million in the new data center, including the technical infrastructure.

Grand opening of the new training, conference and office building at itelligence AG
itelligence AG is today celebrating the official opening of its extension in Königsbreede 3, Bielefeld. The new, three-storey building has offered a total net floor area of around 5,500 m² since June 2010. 3,000 m² of this provides office space for the roughly 220 workstations. The new building also offers an integrated conference centre, with ultra-modern furniture and fittings for up to 350 visitors.

5,500 square metres of the new ABB warehouse managed effectively due to SAP and itelligence
itelligence has begun the implementation of the SAP Warehouse Management at ABB. The project concerns the newly constructed high storage warehouse based in Aleksandrów Łódzki. itelligence is expected to implement the comprehensive project at a record-breaking pace, i.e. within only 10 weeks. itelligence AG publishes detailed figures for first nine months of 2010
In the first nine months of the current fiscal year, itelligence AG increased its revenues by 19.3% to MEUR 188.8 (previous year: MEUR 158.3). All of the Company’s segments and divisions contributed to this development. Outsourcing & Services enjoyed particularly strong revenue growth of 22.9%, from MEUR 56.4 to MEUR 69.3, while revenues in the Consulting division rose by 19.5% to MEUR 101.9 (previous year: MEUR 85.2). The Licenses division also recorded year-on-year revenue growth of 4.5% to MEUR 17.2 (previous year: MEUR 16.5).

itelligence AG presents figures for first half of 2010
In the first six months of the current financial year, itelligence AG again increased its revenues from MEUR 106.0 to MEUR 119.3, a rise of 12.5%. Among other things, this development was driven by the acquisitions in the Netherlands, the USA and France in recent months. At MEUR 196.5, orders on hand at the end of the second quarter of 2010 were up on the high level of MEUR 160.1 recorded in the previous year.

At today’s Annual General Meeting of itelligence AG in Bielefeld, Herbert Vogel (CEO) and Norbert Rotter (CFO) reported on the past fiscal year, the company’s strategy and its outlook for 2010. The Supervisory Board and the Management Board also proposed to the Annual General Meeting a dividend of EUR 0.10 per share for the fiscal year 2009. The Annual General Meeting approved this and all other items on the agenda by a large majority.

itelligence AG has confirmed its successful start to fiscal year 2010 with the presentation of its final figures for the first quarter. Revenues increased by +4.1% to MEUR 56.2 compared with MEUR 54.0 in the extremely strong first quarter of the previous year. Orders on hand increased to MEUR 175.7, up significantly on the figures for the same period of the previous year (MEUR 166.2) and year-end 2009 (MEUR 162.8).

itelligence AG publishes final figures for 2009
itelligence AG met its revenue and EBIT forecasts for fiscal year 2009. With the publication of its final figures, itelligence reported revenue growth of 1.6% to MEUR 220.0 after MEUR 216.6 in the previous year. Among other things, this development was driven by the acquisition of 2B Interactive, Eindhoven, in the fourth quarter of 2009.
