The internationally successful PDAgroup has decided to work with itelligence, the official Austrian reseller and development partner for SAP Business By Design. With the publication of its third quarterly report, itelligence AG is confirming its continued positive development in fiscal 2011. Total revenues increased by 27.1% to MEUR 239.9 (previous year: MEUR 188.8), with Western Europe in particular recording above-average growth of 88.2% to MEUR 44.6 (previous year: MEUR 23.7).

itelligence AG: Annual General Meeting approves all agenda items with majority of over 90%
At today’s Annual General Meeting of itelligence AG in Bielefeld, Herbert Vogel (CEO) and Norbert Rotter (CFO) reported on the successful fiscal year of 2010 and the goals for the current 2011 fiscal year. The most important item on the agenda of the Annual General Meeting was the proposal from the Supervisory Board and the Management Board to increase the dividend by 40% to EUR 0.14 per share for fiscal 2010. The Annual General Meeting approved this proposal and all other items on the agenda with a majority of over 90%.

With expertplace networks group AG, itelligence AG has gained a further customer for SAP Business ByDesign. expertplace offers a comprehensive range of consulting services in the IT environment, from consulting and project management to training and the so-called expert services, which involve the takeover of project services by selected experts.
