itelligence AG Acquires Majority Interest in RPF Consulting, LLC
itelligence AG today announced its majority interest (51 percent) in RPF Consulting, LLC, headquartered in Atlanta, GA., which creates business intelligence and data warehousing solutions for large and midmarket clients. With this strategic acquisition, itelligence underscores its continuous commitment to the SAP product suite and builds a solid foundation for entering the high-growth market of business intelligence.
“Having acquired the majority interest in RPF Consulting, itelligence AG is strengthening its competitive position in business intelligence – one of the hot technologies in present and future markets,” commented Herbert Vogel, CEO of itelligence AG.
Norbert Rotter, CFO of itelligence AG, said, “We expect positive growth impetus from the strategic business intelligence and data warehousing markets. itelligence will acquire the remaining 49 percent interest in RPF Consulting by way of call options over the next few years.”
