Cornerstone ceremony at itelligence
itelligence AG is officially laying the cornerstone of an expansion to its premises at Königsbreede 1 in Bielefeld. The new structure is an expansion of the Bielefeld-based SAP service provider’s company headquarters. The new building’s special feature is that its conference center is also available for hosting external functions, and its facilities can be rented for events.

itelligence achieves best results in its history
In fiscal year 2008, itelligence again improved on the record revenues and earnings it achieved in the previous year. With the presentation of its final figures for fiscal year 2008, itelligence generated revenue growth of 13.5% to MEUR 216.6 after MEUR 190.9 in the previous year, thereby exceeding its own forecasts.

itelligence AG, the successful full-service IT provider for SAP, has acquired a 51% share in the Czech SAP consulting house, SAPCON. itelligence can acquire the remaining 49% of the shares in SAPCON via call options over the coming years. With this step, itelligence is strengthening its orientation as an internationally leading SAP consulting house especially in Central and Eastern Europe.

itelligence continues excellent business performance in Q3
itelligence AG continued its positive performance during the fiscal year to date in Q3 2008. During the first nine months of the current fiscal year, revenues rose 13.4% from MEUR 135.9 in the same period of the previous year to MEUR 154.1.

Preliminary figures for Q4 2007 and fiscal year 2007
itelligence again achieved substantial revenues and earnings increases over the past 12 months according to the preliminary figures announced. itelligence boosted revenues to MEUR 190.9 in 2007, meaning a revenues increase of 16.5%.

itelligence AG, NTT DATA and its fully owned subsidiary NTT DATA Europe GmbH & Co. KG have agreed a far-reaching partnership. Part of the business combination agreement agreed today is NTT DATA Europe GmbH & Co. KG making a voluntary public takeover offer for all itelligence shares. After examination of the offer documents and in line with their legal obligations, itelligence AG Management Board and Supervisory Board intend to support the offer.
New on-demand software solution from SAP
SAP Business ByDesign is the new on-demand software solution from SAP for SMEs. It is based on the service-oriented architecture and extends the existing SAP solution portfolio. The previous software solutions, SAP Business One and SAP Business All-in-One, will not be replaced; SAP is simply extending its offering to include an on-demand solution for SMEs with fewer industryspecific requirements.
itelligence AG presents preliminary figures for the second quarter and first six months of 2007
itelligence AG continued to improve significantly on its prior period revenue and earnings figures in the first six months of the year. itelligence recorded an increase in revenues of 18.0% (after adjustment for currency translation effects: 20.8%), from MEUR 75.1 in the first half of 2006 to MEUR 88.6. In the second quarter of 2007, itelligence generated revenues of MEUR 44.3.
