To meet these customer requirements, we have entered into a partnership agreement with Adobe Systems GmbH. Together, we offer the "Adobe Intelligent Document and SAP Platform". It gives you, as an SAP customer, the option to create intelligent documents and to integrate them into your processes.

The logical and simple consequence: Whenever you have to use hard copy forms that have to be subsequently entered into the SAP system, you can convert the process into a fully electronic one with intelligent documents from Adobe and itelligence. The entry of manually compiled documents, which is also a source of errors, is therefore eliminated.

  • Easy order handling for small customers, who do not have any systems of their own except for a PC or for whom a connection via interface or EDI is not acceptable.
  • Simplified generation of vacation requests in decentralized organizations, which have to be processed at different locations as they pass through the approval procedure.
  • Simple recording of orders or returns by the delivery person.
  • Thanks to the compact PDF format, large documents can now be handled on notebooks. Bills of material can be used to generate automatic spare parts orders online and offline.
  • The utilization of the Adobe Policy Server makes it possible to not only monitor the validity of price lists or binding time limits, but also to prevent utilization by unauthorized recipients. Sensitive information in sales manuals can be made available to differentiated groups of employees. The reproduction of such files can be prevented as well.
  • Functions such as authentication, digital signatures and encryption increase the security and prevent the unintentional distribution as well as the abuse of sensitive information.
