itelligence AG publishes detailed figures for first nine months of 2010
In the first nine months of the current fiscal year, itelligence AG increased its revenues by 19.3% to MEUR 188.8 (previous year: MEUR 158.3). All of the Company’s segments and divisions contributed to this development. Outsourcing & Services enjoyed particularly strong revenue growth of 22.9%, from MEUR 56.4 to MEUR 69.3, while revenues in the Consulting division rose by 19.5% to MEUR 101.9 (previous year: MEUR 85.2). The Licenses division also recorded year-on-year revenue growth of 4.5% to MEUR 17.2 (previous year: MEUR 16.5).

Ad hoc: itelligence AG presents final figures for first nine months of 2010
itelligence AG generated a considerable improved result in the third quarter of 2010, improving year-on-year both in terms of revenue and also for the first time this year with EBIT. Particularly in the third quarter, itelligence increased revenues by 32.9% from MEUR 52.3 to MEUR 69.5. Thus revenues rose in the first nine months by 19.3% to MEUR 188.8 after MEUR 158.3 in the same period of the previous year.

itelligence AG acquires British SAP consulting company Chelford SAP Solutions Ltd.
itelligence AG is today announcing the 100% acquisition of British company Chelford SAP Solutions. The acquisition creates the largest SAP consulting company for Small and Medium Sized Businesses in the UK. The British SAP consulting company Chelford SAP Solutions employs over 60 people and has been successfully active for more than 13 years in the distribution, manufacture and the consumer goods industry. itelligence AG is one of the most important midmarket SAP consulting companies in the world.

itelligence AG presents figures for first half of 2010
In the first six months of the current financial year, itelligence AG again increased its revenues from MEUR 106.0 to MEUR 119.3, a rise of 12.5%. Among other things, this development was driven by the acquisitions in the Netherlands, the USA and France in recent months. At MEUR 196.5, orders on hand at the end of the second quarter of 2010 were up on the high level of MEUR 160.1 recorded in the previous year.

itelligence AG: Annual General Meeting approves agenda items with large majority
At today’s Annual General Meeting of itelligence AG in Bielefeld, Herbert Vogel (CEO) and Norbert Rotter (CFO) reported on the past fiscal year, the company’s strategy and its outlook for 2010. The Supervisory Board and the Management Board also proposed to the Annual General Meeting a dividend of EUR 0.10 per share for the fiscal year 2009. The Annual General Meeting approved this and all other items on the agenda by a large majority.

itelligence AG presents final figures for Q1 2010
itelligence AG has confirmed its successful start to fiscal year 2010 with the presentation of its final figures for the first quarter. Revenues increased by +4.1% to MEUR 56.2 compared with MEUR 54.0 in the extremely strong first quarter of the previous year. Orders on hand increased to MEUR 175.7, up significantly on the figures for the same period of the previous year (MEUR 166.2) and year-end 2009 (MEUR 162.8).

itelligence AG presents preliminary figures for Q1 2010
itelligence AG opened the 2010 financial year as forecast, increasing its revenues by 4.1% year-on-year from MEUR 54.0 to MEUR 56.2 in the first quarter of 2010. Orders on hand rose by 5.7% to MEUR 175.7 at the end of the first quarter 2010 (previous year: MEUR 166.2). At the end of 2009, orders on hand amounted to MEUR 162.8.

itelligence AG publishes final figures for 2009
itelligence AG met its revenue and EBIT forecasts for fiscal year 2009. With the publication of its final figures, itelligence reported revenue growth of 1.6% to MEUR 220.0 after MEUR 216.6 in the previous year. Among other things, this development was driven by the acquisition of 2B Interactive, Eindhoven, in the fourth quarter of 2009.

itelligence publishes preliminary figures for FY 2009
According to its preliminary figures for the 2009 financial year, itelligence AG increased its revenues by 1.6% from MEUR 216.6 in the previous year to MEUR 220.0. Accordingly, revenues for 2009 were within the forecasted range of between MEUR 220 and 230. In the fourth quarter of 2009, revenues amounted to MEUR 61.7 compared with MEUR 62.5 in the same period of the previous year. Orders on hand increased over the course of 2009 to total MEUR 162.8 at December 31, 2009 (September 30, 2009: MEUR 156.5).
