itelligence AG successfully held its ground in a persistently challenging market environment in the first nine months of 2009 and improved its revenues by 2.7% from MEUR 154.1 to MEUR 158.3. Orders on hand amounted to MEUR 156.5 as of September 30, 2009 and were therefore up on the previous year’s figure of MEUR 154.8. more

As of October 1, 2009, itelligence AG, the successful full-service IT provider for the SAP environment, will acquire Dutch-based 2B Interactive with headquarters in Eindhoven. itelligence is initially acquiring a 60% stake and will eventually increase its holding to 100%. more
